The book will be simple and to the point, with before and after pictures,
testimonials ( if suitable) and kind of along the lines of Fit Moms for Life.

It will be a book with a blue print on how to exercise thruout the different times of the year, how to change the workouts along the year and how to eat to stay in shape year round.
